JOB DESCRIPTION ROR SOCIA MEDIA

 

  • Propose and collaborate with teams to execute Social Media campaigns aligned with the product strategy of each industry sector.
  • Suggest suitable KOLs/KOCs/Influencers for marketing campaigns and content for company activities, working with them to increase reach and achieve committed KPIs.
  • Monitor and implement media KPIs on views, reach, engagement, likes, shares, etc., for each company campaign.
  • Report on the effectiveness of work/activities/campaigns to the lead weekly/monthly/quarterly.
  • Plan and write PR articles, seeding, press releases, and communication stories related to the company’s services and customer experiences on Social.
  • Work & maintain connections with partners/suppliers to enhance the effectiveness of the Social channel.
  • Manage a clear timeline and tasks related to Social Media channels and Media Campaigns.
  • Manage and plan the deployment of detailed content on social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Telegram, etc.
  • Coordinate projects that support each other well with design, production teams, and collaboration parties related to ongoing projects.
  • Support the brand team with digital marketing tasks for brand campaigns.
  • Analyze social media data, monitor campaign performance, and create reports to measure the effectiveness of strategies and propose improvements.
  • Stay updated with new trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices on social media to ensure effective campaign execution and brand relevance.
  • Research audiences, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities to engage your target audience on short video platforms like TikTok, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
  • Write content, produce videos, and collaborate with other teams to ensure content aligns with the message and brand identity.
  • Effectively manage budget costs and propose KPIs that are reasonable with the campaign objectives set.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to create detailed Social Media plans, manage Social infrastructure, and strategically disseminate information for products and brands.
  • Ability to measure and analyze data, manage figures from Social Media and related channels.
  • Experience using analytical or measurement software for communication.
  • Ability to analyze data and extract deep insights about emotional actions in video clips to optimize social media strategies.
  • Good aesthetic sense, creativity, openness, and regular updates on new design trends.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Responsible and proactive in work. Attitude over Skill Level.
  • Good writing and communication skills, understanding of management and social media communication strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time well.
  • At least 2 years of experience in related fields.
  • Confident in communication, good teamwork, passionate about work, and not afraid to learn and innovate.
  • Creative thinking, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Candidates with experience in Content Marketing, Social Media (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), or related fields are preferred, with at least 6 months of experience.
  • English proficiency (mainly Reading & Writing) required, Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Knows basic image/video creation and editing for posting on social media platforms. For example, basic use of CapCut.
