A. POSITION: HRTA 
B. WORK LOCATION: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
C. SALARY: Competitive, starting from 40 million VND/month + KPI-based recruitment bonus – negotiable

  • Work visa as per Malaysian law regulations

D. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and implement human resource programs that align with the company’s needs.
  • Participate in planning recruitment costs.
  • Work with recruitment partners to negotiate packages that meet the company’s goals.
  • Ensure the recruitment standards are correct and sufficient according to the company’s core values.
  • Build HR solutions and advise on the company’s long-term goals.
  • Manage training and development of the HR team.
  • Develop specialized interview questions for each position, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of candidates’ abilities through three recruitment rounds (phone screen, expertise, culture), and align with the company’s cultural values.

E. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • College/University graduate in HR-related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Lead or equivalent.
  • Profound knowledge of the entire recruitment, training, development, and HR management process in the technology sector, especially in the gaming industry.
  • Fluent in English communication.
  • Proactive, committed, and responsible.
  • Ability to learn and continuously improve. Multidimensional perspective and quick adaptation to a fast-paced technological environment.
  • Ability to organize work scientifically and efficiently.
  • Agile, meticulous, and capable of good coordination.
  • Preference for candidates with experience managing small teams (3-5 people).
  • Strict adherence to company regulations and culture.
