Probation Period: 02 months

Basic Salary:

  • $1,800 – $2,500 (negotiable based on competence)
  • Attendance bonus: $60
  • Annual salary review
  • Minimum KPI bonus: $500 (can be higher if exceeding KPIs)

Working Hours:

  • Probation: 09 hours/day, off 7 days/month
  • Official: 09 hours/day, off 7 days/month

Job Content:

  • Train and guide subordinate employees to ensure correct business operations and achievement of set targets
  • Check, supervise, and promote employee work results
  • Establish targets, plans, and implement them
  • Compile reports on operational results as per regulations

Job Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Diploma/Associate degree or higher
  • Experience: At least 01 year of experience in a similar position
  • Team management skills
  • Training and coaching skills, understanding employee psychology
  • Agile, flexible, and meticulous
  • English communication skills
