CUSTOMER SERVICE LEADER JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Customer Service Leader
Level: Management
Department: Customer Service
Direct Report: Board of Directors (BOD)
Probation Period: 02 months
Basic Salary:
- $1,800 – $2,500 (negotiable based on competence)
- Attendance bonus: $60
- Annual salary review
- Minimum KPI bonus: $500 (can be higher if exceeding KPIs)
Working Hours:
- Probation: 09 hours/day, off 7 days/month
- Official: 09 hours/day, off 7 days/month

- Mandaluyong, Philippines
Job Content:
- Train and guide subordinate employees to ensure correct business operations and achievement of set targets
- Check, supervise, and promote employee work results
- Establish targets, plans, and implement them
- Compile reports on operational results as per regulations
Job Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Diploma/Associate degree or higher
- Experience: At least 01 year of experience in a similar position
- Team management skills
- Training and coaching skills, understanding employee psychology
- Agile, flexible, and meticulous
- English communication skills
