JOB DESRIPTION FOR SALE DIRECTOR

Position: Sales Director

Level: Director

Department: Sales

Direct Report: Board of Directors (BOD)

Probation Period: 02 months

Basic Salary:

• $2,500 – $4,500 (negotiable based on competence)
• KPI bonus up to $1,500 (depending on business results)
• Annual salary review.

Working Hours:

• Probation: 09 hours/day, 7 days off/month
• Official: 09 hours/day, 7 days off/month

Work Location:

• Equinox Plaza, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines

Job Description:

• Manage a team of Sales Managers or equivalent staff to ensure the completion of business goals and objectives.
• Develop and establish sales development plans and targets for each manager or team in charge.
• Research competitors, market trends, customer preferences, and new market products to advise the board on new products and propose suitable marketing programs.
• Analyze data and provide innovative solutions to serve the goals of sales development, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
• Organize training for employees to enhance the sales team’s capabilities.
• Oversee and supervise the activities of Sales Managers.
• Perform other tasks as required by the board.

Job Requirements:

• Male/Female, age 25 and above.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
• At least 02 years of experience as a Sales Manager in e-commerce, IT, services, and retail companies in Vietnam.
• Good English communication skills – preferred.
• Good planning skills, revenue development; good communication skills; quick and decisive problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable about Digital Marketing.
• Passionate about business and able to handle sales pressure well.
• Management and leadership skills.
