Position: Order Review Staff

Department: Order Review Direct Report: Leader

Probation Period: 2-3 Months

SALAR

• Probation: $1200
• Official: $1400
• Attendance: $60

WORKING HOURS

• Probation: 12 hours off 5 days
• Official: 9 hours off 6 days
• Shift Rotation: Every 2 weeks

JOB CONTENT

• Handle issues related to accounts
• Work as assigned by superiors

JOB REQUIREMENT

• High school diploma or higher
• Age 20-35
• Typing speed over 50 words per minute
• Good communication skills
• No experience required, training will be provided for inexperienced candidates
• Preference for candidates with customer service experience
• No language requirement, English knowledge is an advantage
• Preference for candidates willing to relocate from Vietnam
