CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Customer Service

Level: Staff

Department: Customer Service

Direct Report: Leader

Probation Period: 2-3 Months

Local: Cambodia, Philipppines

SALARY

● Probation: $1200

● Official: $1400

● Attendance: depending on the position

WORKING HOURS

● Probation: 12 hours, off 5 days

● Official: 9 hours, off 6 days

● Shift Rotation: Every 2 weeks

JOB CONTENT

● Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through the company’s chat software

● Advise appropriate solutions to solve customer problems

● Assist in opening and maintaining customer accounts

● Inform customers about new promotions of the company

● Work as assigned by superiors

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

● High school diploma or higher

● Age 20-35

● Typing speed over 50 words per minute

● Good communication skills

● No experience required, training will be provided for inexperienced candidates

● Preference for candidates with customer service experience

● No language requirement, English knowledge is an advantage

● Preference for candidates willing to relocate from Vietnam
