JOB DESRIPTION FOR SALE MANAGER

Position: Sales Manager

Level: Department Head

Department: Sales

Direct Report: Business Director

Probation Period: 02 months

Basic Salary:

• $2,000 – $2,500 (negotiable based on competence)
• KPI bonus up to $1,500 (depending on business results)
• Annual salary review.

Working Hours:

• Probation: 09 hours/day, 7 days off/month
• Official: 09 hours/day, 7 days off/month

Work Location:

• Equinox Plaza, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines

Job Description:

• Plan, deploy, and supervise periodic business plans to achieve sales targets and growth.
• Define and allocate targets for the sales department staff.
• Develop and propose promotional programs.
• Manage and analyze revenue and propose changes to increase appropriate revenue growth.
• Manage the sales team to ensure the completion of set goals.
• Recruit and train to improve the professional level of the sales department staff.
• Identify potential markets, target customers, and propose growth solutions.
• Regularly update the business products of competitors, propose improvements to the executive board.
• Perform other tasks as required by the executive board.

Job Requirements:

• Male/Female, age 25 and above.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
• At least 02 years of experience as a Sales Manager in e-commerce, IT, services, and retail companies in Vietnam.
• Good English communication skills – preferred.
• Good planning skills, revenue development; good communication skills; quick and decisive problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable about Digital Marketing.
• Passionate about business and able to handle sales pressure well.
• Management and leadership skills.
