ACC Lead Job Description

Position: ACC Lead – CA, GA Supervisor

Level: Leader

Department: Finance & Account

Direct Reports to: BOD

Probation Period: 02 months

Basic Salary:

• $3,000 – $4,500 (negotiable based on competence)
• Annual salary review. Working Hours:
• Probation: 09 hours/day, 6 days off/month
• Official: 09 hours/day, 6 days off/month Work
• Location: C/P

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed work plans and organize implementation, supervise the effectiveness of the team’s work/tasks
• Control the execution of operations, various documents, ledgers, revenues, and expenditures
• Control costs, cash flow, and assets
• Coordinate periodically with accountants to prepare financial reports, management reports summarizing the company’s business situation
• Directly train, guide, and enhance professional skills for employees regularly

Job Requirements:

• Male/Female
• University graduate in Accounting/Auditing/Finance
• Experience: at least 3 years in a similar position at retail companies, FMCG, e-commerce, hospitality, IT, entertainment services
• Quick-witted, intelligent, flexible, and careful
• Strong Excel skills are an advantage
