JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DEV LEADER

Position: Developer Leader

Level: Leader

Department: Dev & QC

Reports to: COO/CEO

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research projects according to the company’s development orientation.
  • Manage and coordinate with other departments to deploy the company’s projects.
  • Manage the programming department and be responsible for all the work of the programming department.
  • Manage the company’s programming staff.
  • Execute the ideas of the company’s board of directors (when there are changes).
  • Develop templates for open-source systems like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and Magento.
  • Participate in programming xHTML/CSS code for applications on Magento, WordPress & Joomla platforms (components, modules, plugins).
  • Convert graphic designs (.psd, .png) into xHTML/CSS code.
  • Develop applications (component, module, plugin) on open-source systems WordPress & Joomla.
  • Research and develop applications on open-source systems such as Magento, Drupal, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology.
  • Proficient in PHP, CSS, Javascript, HTML.
  • In-depth experience with WordPress, HTML5.
  • Experience in analyzing and building web-based applications.
  • Knowledge of security.
  • Skills in coding and developing Online Shopping Cart for Magento, WordPress & Joomla websites.
  • Ability to independently analyze projects to work efficiently.
  • Good knowledge of Web standards and skills in writing xHTML/CSS code compliant with W3C standards, ensuring compatibility across browsers IE6+, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome.
  •  Experience in developing WordPress & Joomla components, modules, plugins.
  • Management experience.
  •  Good independent and team working skills.
  • Good understanding of technical documents in English.
